Joanne Clare was born on May 10, 1978. She tragically lost her young life on 26th January 2012 aged just 33 after courageously and fearlessly battling cancer. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and was much loved by so many family and friends. She will be forever remembered and cherished by all, and her legacy will continue through her three children.
